All of our products are carefully inspected, and properly packed before they are shipped out. Our return policy is 14 days from the original purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is damaged during shipment we will replace it with proof of damage within 3 days of delivery. Photographic proof of damage is submitted to email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we don't guarantee the arrival of your return.
Once your item is received and inspected you will receive an email to notify you of approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, an a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
